You are wrong... people are not out exercising in the US, Spain, Italy, etc right now. Go and watch international news.
Also, the quarantine stage is not the stage you need ventilators, its just to isolate the person to see if he/she will begin to display symptoms. You need ventilators when the virus has become full blown and the patient has started having difficulty breathing.

But a lot of black people have died in the US. In Chicago and one other city where black people are only about 30% of the population, over 60% of those that died from Coronavirus were black people. Now, immune system and environmental factors may be the reasons why Nigeria still doesn't have so many cases or fatalities.

There are underlying factors why blacks were affected more in these communities. Poor access to healthcare, many already had health issues, poor neighbourhood where social distancing was not practicable.
