We are a nation of 200 million people. Lagos probably has about 20 million or more people. 288 cases is like a drop in the Atlantic ocean...

Also, most people who came down with the virus are people who travel abroad or the elite...who as a whole don't make up to 4-5% of the entire population.

Europe and the US are hit badly in large part because a large proportion of the population has the income to travel abroad. And China is a favored destination for tourists , especially the Wuhan area (one of the main tourism areas in China)..where the virus originated from

I don't get it. The number of discharged are more than the newly infected. Why then is the number rising, since the infected ones who are now discharged were once part of the total number of infected ones?

Instead, more tests, more screening.

But the problem is, remove restrictions, more people get infected, more people die.

Keep restriction, economy suffers, more people suffer, more people die.

This ain't a win-win situation.

Exactly, but after 14 day isolation, those that tested positive would still be treated in your country. The best prevention would have been to close all Borders and fight like Gov. Wike of Rivers state to ensure that nobody entered from affected parts of the world. After the virus, we will all sign the peace treaty once more.
