rent 400k, total package 650k. who writes agreement with a hundred thousand for a house of 400k? and why is an agent entitled to a hundred thousand naira? this Lagos people sef.

Don't mind them. Everything about the apartment reeks of greed. 400k for one year in an ordinary room and parlour, 100k to draft an ordinary agreement, 100k to agent because u came online to advertise freely. 50k for what caution? 650k just to live in a room and palour for only one year. This is annoying to say the least.

na mumu go pay that sum. e be like say both landlord and agent have put all their financial challenges and problem on the innocent miniflat. lol

Most Nigerians are just so useless.

How can you put up this pig sty for rent at 650k? Imagine the audacity. When people are not mad?

This is why I hate Lagos with passion and had to vacate that useless city for them.

650k for just a room and parlour? A pig sty for that matter? Even the one I rented for 150k yearly in Umuahia is far cleaner, more decent and well taken care off!

Funny enough, somebody will take this house soon!
