I am Christian and one of my really good friend is Moslem and his wife is Christian and takes their kids to church. I can never remember me and this friend ever talking about religion or MURIC in our association over 20 or more years.

My own blood sister is married to a Moslem and me and the man get along great. Of their four kids about 3 are Christian and they are united and loving.

Igbos are the worst because they will attack Northerners daily as religious "extremists" and "fundamentalist" without realizing they are exactly the same. Hypocrites. Look at the nerve of them trying to instigate division between Yoruba Christians and Moslems.

Even an Indian man can establish a Hindu University in Nigeria if he has the money to do so and the customers to make the venture a financial success.

According to their admissions officer, they had had problems with Muslim students in the past. What problems?

They were probably forcing these Muslim students to go to Chapel.

The way forward is that Christians should only go to Christian schools (if not government schools) and Muslims should only go to Muslim schools.

I don't know why you create this post if you really read and understand what you posted, the school is Islamic university and you have to follow the rules and regulations of the school, same to covenant university and all Christian universities, my brother's daughter is not allow to wear hijab in her secondary school and we didn't fight with the school, what we did is that her should keep her hijab in her bag and she should wear it at closing time,please don't cause religious trouble on top corona epidemic we are facing already

Religion have played a vital role in country Nigeria which boiled down to Christians who gained admission into tertiary institutions to be forced to dance to tune of a particular school they enrol for.
The issue of religion should be a thing of the mind and not forced to bend rules and dance to it. If an individual is forced to do a thing, such likely will the person fall back to his previous character when he or she gains freedom.
Nigeria Muslim school would make their student obey rules and regulations which is of no crime and still bend them to obey to rules of the land by wearing Hijab in premises, surrounding and school time.

Muslim school have the right to adopt muslim rules for all their students and christian schools have the right to adopt christians rules for all their students. Im a muslim and i attended christian schools for both primary and secondary school now i know more christian songs, verses, hymns and prayers pass most christians because i was forced to do all thay at school.
