And for those who do not have access to internet, they can dial *371*911# on MTN, Airtel, or 9mobile.

You can also forward to people in dire need of help in terms of foodstuff.

i guess so afteral airtel mtn 9mobile networks etc extends to beyond lagos so it is possible.

I registered yesterday and was given a voucher to tender when they come,still expecting them.

Just take a look at this but it's faster to get register online than dialing the codes.
