Just less than 15mins drive from Lasu. Yes it's water logged but the land is currently dry.

There is nothing like "currently dry".

Waterlogged land is waterlogged land. Be sincere to all potential buyers. If they like it they will definitely buy it.

The "but" and " "currently dry" are a defence approach and it's a red flag in business. "Yes it's a waterlogged" that's cool. It's indefensible been in teeth of plain reason and common sense. This is for your own good. Nobody is fighting you here now. Goodluck and happy selling!!!
