I have a glo night plan subscription and normal subscription but whenever it’s midnight I still consume my normal data instead of the night plan please help,how can I resolve this.

Make sure you it's the right time before browsing and make sure you always check ur data balance while browsing to know. If none of these works call ur customer care.

Put your phone in airplane mode.

It works for me

Off your data connection when it's after 12.

Put it on again, and check your data balance before browsing to make sure your night plan is active and your normal plan is paused.

well from what i have notice you cant use night plan when your on a special plan be it 200 naira or 500 naira .your special plan has to finish before you will be able to use night plan i experienced it myself

You are wrong.

Try my suggestion above whenever you have night plan on your sim card

I for one if I don't receive the night data sms cos dey do remind me I'll just reboot or check my balance and see if my main data is paused before using the night plan

What i do is to do the midnight plan again without credit. So its activates immediately.

they behave like that sometimes

Special plan has more presidence over Night plan, I complained to them Na watin them tell me.
