How much do I sell rice (bag).-Lagos or Ibadan.
What other information is needed in managing this business.
Then is it local or foreign rice. Etc.
I am looking to add to my business stream but I am not in a rush but rice seems a good commodity for sales.

OP I would recommend that since this is your first attempt at business and you are still a student, you should start small (perhaps 300K).

You should also consider something that is traditionally tested and proven with as minimal risk exposure as possible; TRADING.

Having said that I would like to add that it depends on the location of your school and of course the staff/student numbers in that community.


You should look around your school and observe the buying pattern of the students and other staff paying particular attention to what is of interest to them. Please be guided and be more inclined to consumables, somethin that they have need to buy as regularly as possible.

If you disclose your school location, I could probably make a few further suggestions.
