Please cook per 1k soup at a time if possible. Not healthy to leave of for 1 week without preservation method. Excessive warming/boiling will denature it

If you have fridge and constant light. Just cook plenty ogbono and pieces dry fish inside. Also buy sachet pepper(the one that has chili and tomatoes) incase you feel like tasting something different
