It's a Spark Plug mod.
Did it back in the day
12v Power source.
Drill a hole about An inch and Half from the muffler.
Allow fuel trims to do the rest(Hot exhaust gases ) and you've got flames.

Flames coming out of an exhaust either via ;

1.Forced Induction with a tune(Re--tard timing/increase fuel injection duration) timing lower RPM

2. Run Rich with a straight through(No cats)

3. Spark plugs contraption

4. Attach a flame thrower to your car.��

Spoiling the car. It’s very possible that car still has its catalytic converters on. Dripping fuel trough them will eventually kill them
