Is an insult for anyone to project Jagaban for the position of Chief of staff. That is a condescension to his magnitude of person.
Buhari attempted to be President of Nigeria several times and failed completely both on the ballot and in the court with different political parties.
Buhari had no option than to make the best political decision of his life time and it was to come and beg the Jagaban to join forces and merge with him.
Prior to the merger, Jagaban was contented with his control over Lagos and some states in the west.
The big question is this what if Jagaban have said NO to Buhari I will not merge with you, will Buhari ever become president huh

The entire north and lover's of Buhari should ever be greatful to Jagaban and the west for the magnanimous role he played to open the doors of Aso rock for Buhari after several election defeat and failures.
