I just want to know which software is used in creating this design.

I used to see it too everywhere

Any 3D software can do it like Cinema 4D, Autodesk 3Ds Max, Blender, etc depending on the one you are good at.

You need expensive laptop

Just get a laptop that comes with nvidia Graphic with At least 1GB VRAM any laptop with the above Graphic will carry all requirements for graphic design

Though any modern laptop can do it but by the time you get into graphics that is where you will know you are using toy when it comes to Rendering
