Stop misleading people with fake news. Kilishi isn't made from deboned meat, it is gotten from some dirty looking dried fat which contains all sorts of germs ranging from fly lavae to the mallams saliva and feces from wiping their arses.

To crown it all, it doesn't go through any cooking process. It is solely sun-dried.
