There's no problem employing people to give them jobs, but what gov't should be doing is seeing how to enable SME companies, so they can hire people to be productive. Gov't is trying, but what happens when Ayade is no longer on ground? Over 500 people will become jobless (and another set will come to eat at the table)

All of them eating from taxpayer's money (and increasing gov't salary obligations), instead of running productive companies.
