I swear, the movie is just great. That last scene, where Tony was shot by The Skull, was too mad. The guy fell into that fountain where the words "The World Is Yours" was imprinted. Na me and mafia movies this week o. Arnold Schwarzenegger was supposed to be the initial Tony, but he turned it down.
So they chose Al Pacino.... I'm still wondering if the role would have suited Arnold.

Yet another batman Story, basically Batman and Catwoman in an alternate setting..and as always, Batman always ends up knacking Catwoman.... The Antagonist in this one was somewhat surprising and unexpected... And I don't understand why they decided to jus casually kill off Ivy at the beginning

This is probably the worst War film I've ever watched. God, was it atrocious? Oh yea. It's a movie about a rescue operation of American citizens gone wrong in a Nigerian jungle.

Shitty dialogue, poor acting, wack writing. Poor Cinematography and crappy sound editing. The lead actress(Monica Bellucci) acting is as good as a _pornstar. Full of cliches and plotholes. Worst of all, it had poor action scenes, that's a new low for a contemporary War movie. The only good thing was just Bruce Willis just-there Acting.
It was filled with poorly sourced info and atrocious writing, imagine this line In the movie :

His father was more than the president,
He was the tribal King. That makes him the heir to the ibo Nation. It is a bloodline they must cut. The Fulanis will come heaven on Earth to find him.

How the fvck does this make sense? Goes to show these peeps don't even know about the Nigerian society at all. I wonder where they sourced their info from.

There's a reason it's called the soul stone, as that alone gives a supernatural connotation. And when a supernatural object or entity demands a blood sacrifice before it can be channelled, it's not far-fetched to label such requirements blood magic.
But if you think science is: making a human sacrifice an essential prerequisite for achieving a particular goal, then I've got else to state, bro.

LMFAO... When i first saw that flick years back, I rated it a 7/10. I was new to movies then so, i didn't quite bother about the historical accuracy. The action & the fact that the white men spoke my native language in the movie gave me this orgasmic kinda feel. If i were to re-rate it, now, e no go funny at all.

The Nigerian civil war, didn't have a particular story, different individuals had their own version or account of how the war went down, but good Lord! this was a poorly done account.

The emboldened was very wrong & laughable, the writer had no clue as to how kingship in various tribes in Nigeria works. The Igbos practised/practice a egalitarian system of government. Theirs was more decentralized in nature. Some regions had their kings quite alright, but they never had a central authority/king, as opposed to the Yoruba's & Hausa's, whose was centralized.

The only good thing about the movie was its perfect depiction of the chaos & anarchy war begets, asides that, it just another action movie.

Japanese, darling. It's supposed to be a dark, intense action movie but I ended up laughing for most parts. It is very Nollywood.
