Please I need help I can't download on play store if I try to it keeps rotating as if it want to download meanwhile I have tried all network the same thing. Infinix S4

you may have selected the download on wifi option only that is why you can't download.Go to your playstore and select download on mobile data. johnson4nosa: |

Go to settings, select app, select google play store, select settings, select clear cache. If it doesn't work, create another google account. If it doesn't work, go to settings, select connections, select more network, select APN, clear proxy, reset to default or select reset all network settings. The first option should work, but if none works, you may have to free up space in your phone by deleting irrelevant apps. |
