Check Buhari government and all major project it's running, you will notice the west are getting something out of it on a higher basis with just the VP position. For where? Black minds and white minds are not the same and can never compare. Whites will build roads(road benefits everyone) same as good transportation system, electricity, internet, schools etc. And one doesn't need more than some of these few things to have a good life. At the end, even if they favor a certain group more, the country will still look habitable by all(rich or poor)
But the type me and you are talking about in Nigeria, the few things i mentioned up there will only be available in the houses or streets of those politicians. Worse still, the bulk of the money ends up being shipped overseas and even their families won't even be in nigeria.
