So for OAU: UTME takes 50%; POST UTME takes 40% and O'levels takes 10%.

Please note that OAU accepts maximum of two sittings for O'level.

Now, before talking about the POST UTME and how to get the up to date past questions and answers, let me quickly say a few things about the admission process, please follow me:

Admission in OAU is in two categories namely: MERIT and DISCRETION.

Let me start with how it works for merit. Like I earlier mentioned, UTME:50%; POST UTME: 40%; O'LEVEL: 10% (not more than 2 sitting).

Once this formular is applied on your scores and you have an agregate of say 64% for example and the cut off Mark for that particular course is 62% for example, then you will by merit and expressly get your admission. You would not need to worry yourself because JAMB will automatically post your admission on your CAPS.

As mentioned earlier that we have 2 (two) admission list or process in OAU: 1. MERIT LOST 2. DISCRETION LIST. I have clearly explained how the Merit List Works. I am now left with the second list which is DISCRETION LIST...please follow me as I explain fully how the discretion list world.
