Will all the people wear their face masks well without shifting them down to the jaw when talking or even coughing while moving about as we see on TV nowadays?
If they shift it, it is no longer facemask.
Will your security men to man the borders not collect something and let people in?

Don't you think overnight curfew will help check people that might sneak in at night?
Let me reserve the other questions about reopening schools.
