At least this one is smart and humane enough to know that you don’t lock people down without providing adequate palliatives like cash, food and other essential supplies to help the people comply favorably with a lockdown order.

It's really scary, I hear people claim there is no case in anambra or their states and i ask, how could they tell without testing? Alot of people could be walking around with the virus withoyut even knowing.
