Since the lockdown, things have changed slightly.
The usual Sunday rice has almost become a luxury for most homes.
If not for my good conscience and compassion for those it may concern, I would have made plain beans

Beans porridge. Currently on fire

For lunch today is rice pilaf
It's always funny when I say it to myself

Rice pilaf is our usual rice cooked in fresh tomato stew with any protein of choice
