It is not permissible to perform an autopsy on the body of a dead Muslim for the sake of education and other purposes.

It is only permissible if the life of another depends on it—even if it is sometime in the future. They should take random sampling for this sake to check the cause of death.

Seems you're confused. You said its haram to conduct autopsy on a Muslim body, then u still said they can take random samples from the same Muslim bodies to conduct autopsy. Cmon
