But you know our lawyers and Judges. It happened in the case of Ayade, who had over three age declarations but the Courts did moya look away. So many instances here. Nothing startles me with our court decisions anymore.
The court even told us that a proof or affidavit can suffice, even for Office of the President. You have seen that APC has kept quiet, that is to tell you that the case isn't worth fighting.

Amaechi likes the PDP there because he doesn't want to drag regional boss with Sylva.

Now, the PDP is saying prove what I submitted at the INEC Secretariat.

And again, there is a rumour that they have taken that one out with the connivance of some INEC staff at Yenagoa. That's why INEC has said they will publish candidate's information on their public noticeboards, starting with the Edo and Ondo elections.

I still have that hunch that if Ihedioha's election had stood, they would have allowed Lyon's case to also stand. I still believe that Lyon took his case for granted but he was a victim of Ihedioha/Uzodinma 'ish (I might be wrong though).

In order to send a bigger message,he should not cashout.we need to define forgery once and for all.several lawyers I met concerning ayade case struggled to justify the ruling,they simply said it was based in security reasons.
Buhari own is different,atiku never said he forged anything.atiku said buhari did not submit.ayade case is also similar to wike's case.
My problem with onnoghen is that he compromised himself unwisely.it is easier engage in corrupt acts as a junior office but once you get to higher positions,you need to stop because all eyes are on you.he should have stopped immediately he got to the apex court,mind you a panel once recommended his removal.that should have served as a warning.

The Courts have ruled in an earlier case that even if you see any discrepancy with the person's paper, INEC have no right to disqualify same person.

It recently happened to Yahaya Bello on his disqualification saga but INEC couldn't do same. Go to the Courts and prove it.

However, INEC has said they will improve with how they keep the information of candidates. Before now, they don't make it public but that will change with the upcoming Edo and Ondo elections.

For the first time, INEC will post all information about the candidate(s) with respect to their education, age, etc. on the noticeboards situated at their State Secretariats.

Nonetheless, they still don't have the powers to disqualify.

But what is clear is that buhari has a primary sch cert and attended secondary education up to ssce level but may not have sat for the exams or may have dropped out or may have satvfor it and lost it or never collected it.but he did attend and provided evidence to this which is what the law required.

Coming from Opuama and his lawyers nah.....His case will not live.

Don't forget in a hurry how Degi lost his case. I don't want to get to the PMB case but Opuama will have to do better.

I will still not hit at Onnoghen, unless you also want to attack Tanko for the Imo issue. Onnoghen was suppose to kick-start the judiciary reforms having worked with men that carved a niche for themselves: Kutigi, Uwais, Aloma et al. Tanko won't do better than him....no be curse.

Onnoghen came at a time money was pushed into the judiciary, so he was carried away but the man sabi law.

I wish Opuama well. I know how difficult it is to graduate through Univ yet one alleged forger go dey climb politically. Don't also forget INEC has a role in this because they will provide the document(s) in their custody.

He who alleges must prove beyond reasonable doubt. PDP is not like APC that do not carry out proper search on it's candidates before forwarding the name's to INEC, because they believe like all occupational forces nobody can dare them.
