The most useless area in Lagos Mainland, poor electricity, no car parking spaces, the street is where they park cars, cultists everywhere, living rooms be looking like rat house (very small), security is bad. ...very poor. The area smells like shit all the time and people still jump on it just because of location. Yet, a room self contain looking like garbage is 400k, a tiny 3-bedroom flat on Abeokuta street is 1.2m.

Who is doing you people?

The only thing Yaba can boast of is proximity to CBD.

The most overrated area on the island as a whole. Ajah is just a pompous Ikorodu with over-bloated ego.

Traffic? Yes

Fine house? Yes

Ajah Touts? Yes

This same people act like they are living......in Lagos but they don’t believe people in Ikorodu are living in Lagos. Wow

This area is pure trash. You can enter someone’s living room through another persons bedroom. From Obawole to Iga Iduganran, you can be robbed by your next door neighbour. No one cares.

When walking on the street at night, keep your phones at home.

5. Surulere

Car parking space? Fair

Housing? Poor

Agency? Dilemma

Proximity? Dope

The big problem about Surulere is Traffic and Noise which is due to the fact that every street has 2 or more beer parlour or club.

Also, if you manage to get a small fine apartment, the price will send you back to the village.

Some truth in your analysis......Ajah, sangotedo is on the outskirts of Lagos but inhabitants wouldn't agree.

Most expensive slum in the world is lagos. Ajah it self is like 30 mins drive to VI without traffic with traffic 2 hours. Island also has bad water. Disgusting
