What's wrong? I'm considering getting the ride (2010 C300) but I'm worried there are too much of it on market right now. Asides routing oil change, from my salary, I can only spend 30-40k monthly on car fix. I Currently use 011 corolla. Will 30k-40k be enough to maintain it monthly?

Corolla get running cost? I only buy fuel and change oil on it. Hardly develop fault. That's why I mentioned how much I can afford from my monthly salary on the Benz. I should abort the mission? @Lexusgs430

So you fully understand one drinks fuel with a straw, whilst the other drinks it with an exhaust pipe........

If you're not struggling to maintain your corolla, with enough spare change..... You might be fine.....

No need to scare him, I don't see any reason why you should spend more than your monthly budget on that car. Fuel is getting cheaper and if your engine is in excellent shape your will be surprised at your fuel economy. BTW, I don't really buy the idea of asking for advice when I want to get a particular stuff. It gives opportunity for bicycle owners to advice you on type of vehicle to buy and not to buy

Fuel is the least of my problem with cars. Visiting auto mechanic shop is what I don't like. Someone said Benz c300 steering do lock and its an expensive fix. Like how much is that kind of fix sir even if it happens?

Bros its good to ask ooo, my first car turned me to Mechanic because I didn't ask. That's why I moved to Toyota I have one fear of leaving the Toyota zone cuz I never let down by them. But I'm starting to like Benz ever since it saved my life once. Besides I'd be driving it mostly inside UI, agbowo bodija and its environ.

Understand, but not for vehicle that is very common. I remember when I bought my Honda DC, I didn't mind all the stories about leg issue and I m glad because that car served me dutifully for 4yrs, before I decided to upgrade.

Agbowo has no road for the w204. Inside UI and bodija great. But do you have a reliable Benz mechanic in that zone? Do you know of any in Ibadan? All the Benz techs from UI to samonda to sango to mokola to UCH to dugbe to okebola, to grammar school CANNOT handle that car

The Benz will be better as a second car. It can easily get you stranded on a long trip.
