You can't be trying to solve one problem, and in the end create some worst problems. There are serious health implications when humans or even other life forms are exposed to chemicals of such nature. Well, this is what happens when the reckless authorities feel there is no future for those young kids and those who brought them to the world have gladly donated them to the street, without an inch of feeling of what becomes of them., afterall they will keep marrying multiple women and can keep reproducing. There are some parts of the world that all visions and mandates of United Nations bodies will never work cos of their decision to be backward and a godforsaken government they have...Unfortunately this state is a typical example
