Ibadan Set To Stand Still As Yoruba Political Leaders Set To Launch Movement by AmeboFeeds(m): 9:20pm On Dec 13, 2020 |
Baring any last minute changes, the Southwest zone of Nigeria (Lagos, Oyo, Osun, Ondo, Ekiti and Ogun States) will converge in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 to forge a common front, preparatory to the Year 2023 political dispensation. According to the press statement signed by Hon. Rotimi Makinde,For: SWAGA '23 Planning Committee, Tagged SOUTH WEST AGENDA 2023 (SWAGA 23), no fewer than 200 delegates across the zone have indicated their readiness to make it a date with history in the political headquarters of the region. From all indications, the day is set to be the beginning of a new era in the history of Yorubaland and the starting point for the realization of the dream of the region. With membership drawn from across political divides, business community, leaders of thought, socio-political and youth organizations, and other interest groups in the zone, the Planning Committee having secured the blessing of top Yoruba monarchs shall also meet with other traditional rulers and opinion leaders in the zone. ---------‐---------‐---‐---------- swaga23ng@gmail.com T2 Unit 4, Reverend Ogunbiyi GRA,Ikeja lagos. 4 Umar Bongo Close,Asokoro Abuja. 2 Likes 1 Share

There must be equity in 2023. PDP's ticket must come to the South East or Nigeria crumbles. How can we be treated like sewage and even Umahis protest couldn't change their mind? We need to organise our own meeting and demand that useless Uche Secondus comes to offer and explanation for this embarrassing national insult. |

BOOZELEE: When will people like you learn to accept that politics remain about permanent interest? As long as the SW and her Yoruba people remain an important and respected component of Nigeria then others will take their demands and needs seriously. Don't get upset because the Yorubas know this about themselves. Compete with them and defeat them if you can. Stop limiting yourself to demarketing the ambition of the Yorubas instead of promoting and selling your own ambition and candidates. That is the shameful and cowardly behaviour of born losers. 2 Likes |

Re: Ibadan Set To Stand Still As Yoruba Political Leaders Set To Launch Movement by Nobody: 8:31am On Dec 14, 2020 |
KAHBOOM: Chest beating is asking you cowards to man up, compete and face others man to man? The effort to demarket the ambition of the Yorubas is cowardice from an ethnic group that knows it can never compete and win meritoriously. Truth be told, it is fear of certain and 100% assured failure driving the talk of those trying to tarnish the ambition of Yorubas when they should be focusing on promoting themselves to compete valiantly and with pride. 2 Likes |

Grayoso:What is this one saying? Demarket and tarnish which Yoruba's? U guys have bin the ones sweating in the balls since Igbo's and other region showed interest in contesting, which made u guys write many rubbish against any Igbo man, south southerner and northerners that have interest in contesting. So u guys are the ones demarketing SE and other region. But u guys will be humbled because Nigerians are smarter than u guys. |

KAHBOOM: Oga, you reek of fear. Prepare yourself for gaining the PDP or APC ticket first. That is where the long March to Aso Rock begins. The Yorubas are doing this while you guys are busy attacking their ambition and calling them names instead of focusing on how you will achieve the impossible task of getting APC and PDP voting delegates to opt for an Igbo candidate ahead of others from the SW, North and even SS. 1 Like |
