I don't think you watched the video. That's a banana republic if you ask me. Is that how to make arrest and the Chinese were even fighting them. To even imagine that a minister went along with them and was equally manhandled too shocked shocked

Don't get me wrong, I like the new wave of clampdown on the Chinese in Africa but I'm disappointed that they even had the guts to fight back and the Ugandans couldn't even beat the hell out of them the moment they rough handled a minister.

In fact I am really surprised that minister was there and Chinese still fighting people along with the minister. It seem there is no police there.
