The woman needs to prove that the use of her picture was for pecuniary consideration apart from electioneering purposes.

The candidates can cite their fundamental rights to appeal or canvass for electoral patronage....It will even be easier if several pictures/images were used apart from her own.

I am sure it is one of those uncontested cases. The verdict will crumble like a pack of cards when subjected to legal calisthenics.
