Good day webmasters in the building,
Please I need your opinion on this issue on ground.

Few weeks ago I hosted a website for a client with very little budget pending when the work will be fully approved by my clients boss at their workplace, then I get my normal pay.

The site in question is still undergoing development pending final approval

The main reason I opted to do the job with very little pay is that the boss was testing my skill to know if I'm trustworthy without any shady deal. Therefore I was assured of juicy packages.

The problem now is Whogohost just suspended the site indefinitely, sent me a mail (of which I just got to read today) saying I should submit a valid ID card like driving license or International Passport etc.

Problem now is they didn't call to inform me, only dropped a mail they aren't sure i'll read before the deadline, when my mail and phone number is on the same form I filled while registering and the 3 days interval they gave has elapsed.


What do i do now?
If there's no remedy on this whogohost policy, which other host can assure me that my site won't be suspended after payment? With an excuse that their bots flagged down the site because of irregularities.

Your site must have some fishy looking stuffs like list of team members that is not genuine or you imported a demo content of a premium theme and have not customised it properly.

Nigerian host can suspend your site within minute when they noticed any stuffs instead of contacting you. guess they gave you reasons in details as to why it was suspended.

also, tell them to give you access so as to download the site full backup to host it else where.

even with that, if that is the reason for suspension then the hosting is not being professional. I have seen lots of site that just imported demo from theme without updating it and the site is running its business on it like that. Nigerian hosting are too forward to suspend but they will tell you heaven and earth just to get you to patronize their service. ones in, then they will show you pepper

Domain king is notorious for that. Import demo contents with white team members and fake foreign address, the next they suspend your host asking you to submit documents.

if this is true, I have an offshore reseller hosting I do use for dmca ignored stuff, and can never be suspended.
If you are Interested, I can set up an account for u based on your need at a cheap fee. I fully managed the hosting account and determine who and when to suspend accounts.

Nb: I'm also averse to phishing, and won't hesitate to suspend and refund you (so u won't come to nl on how you were scammed! ) If it's phishing site.

Hosting a Phishing site is against the International Terms of Services.

May we know if this site is use to collect credit cards, Bank detail or any other related personal details from client.

Use namecheap, they will even mail you for confirmation before any action...

Also try to learn how to build your site from the scratch with page builders....
