Please help oooo. I booked a return tickets from Kaduna to Lagos for 2 of my clients. Unfortunately, they end up not going. How do I retrieve my money back from Arik Air. Na almost 120k ooooo

Many Nigerian airline Economy ticket fares are not refundable. They however allow open tickets which gives you the opportunity using same ticket on same/another route so long it is within a 1year period.

I don't think you can.

If you booked on the website, it is difficult to get a refund. However I am pretty sure that if the pandemic extends to a year, the ticket will still be valid.

The big question is?

Did Arik provide flight services on the stated day?
Is ticket refundable, if passengers refused to turn up?

If Arik provided a flight, no refunds would be offered......
