Help, I Cant Make Calls! (PROBLEM SOLVED) by Failure44(op): 7:15am On Apr 30, 2020

I purchased my samsung note 9 barely a week ago with no issues and the first I did was buy card and it worked but after a few days now, I can't seem to make call or even buy card.
It just immediately hangs up before starting the call.
Idk what to do, I have force stopped, cleared cache and restarted but no solution yet.

You can't make calls when your data is set as "LTE Only"
