My mtn keeps showing me a data balance of 511mb but i cannot use it to browse or load whatsapp messages ..the expiring data is 7th of may 2020. Pls has anyone experienced this before ? I need solution. I'm dataless currently. How can i make the bonus work.

Just incase someone has a similar issue i was told by their customer care few minutes ago that its because i'm using a 4G sim in a non 4G enabled device ( i am using a 3G device).that is why So i just put the sim in a friends 4G enabled smart phone and it started working . 1 Like |
