People like you are the reason that country have refused to make an inch of progress,always sceptical about every damn thing,even in south Africa criminal cases are being tried online without bringing the suspect to court,every correctional facility have a tele conference facility in the prison comptroller's office where this is done and the same goes for the US,Uk etc for years. You people should learn to be forward thinking.

One of the problems with the Nigerian Legal system is that they have not yet placed even very grievous consequences for lying or attempting to lie to the Court, Deceiving and attempts to deceive the Courts.

Our little Perjury law on ground is Still Born and has never seen the light of day, save when it is used to destroy a certain target personality!

Truth is the Blood-Line of Every Court, without it the Court would be Dead!

These countries you mentioned are big on protecting the purity of the Truth and the Innocency of the Court, hence the clarity and purity of their Judgements
