Please my Muslim brothers, am confused on what do woke up late this morning due to stress, forget to eat "sarri". Can I go ahead with the fasting or I will need to omit it and return it immediately after the whole fasting end. Bcoz heard one need to at least eat or drink water for "sarri" B4 he or she can get the fasting started for each day or is not compulsory that someone must taste something, please really need urgent help. Thanks

Just go ahead.

It's very permissible.

Fasting is not all about food and sari (sahur) that you eat.

Even though there are blessings in sahoor, your fasting is valid, the prophet and some of his sahabas fasted two days straight without sahoor(sarri)...

I woke up around 05:33 Saturday morning and couldn't prepare my Eba for Sahoor. Had to fast like that too.

No problems.
