I understand your apprehension but you should also realize that sometimes people get tired of their various businesses no matter how profitable it may seem and just want to let go of it before mismanagement sets in due to dwindling interest caused by so many factors.

Ok, now I see, my reservation was cos I've seen people sell their business on the guise of "relocation" when the real reason was cos the business in itself was not profitable for one or two reasons

I wish I had enough financial power currently I would have bought the place cos I'm really looking at farming as my next level interest of business, though we have started the little we can

May I ask the value of the property, who knows, miracles do happen for me even when I least expected cos God sees my heart that I need a massive expanse of land for farming

Most countries would gladly give u visa if u have such a cash cow back home in Naija. Does not make a single sense to sell it off.
