Kogi. Kogi. Kogi. How many times did I call you. It’s better you start telling the truth. You cannot be in the north central location and say you are free from COVID 19. It’s just like when Kano is saying no case in a single day. You bordered so many states with the pandemic. Are you sure you are doing anything about this pandemic at all.

There are more covid 19 in Nigeria ever since, the *tests* are just for confirmation of announcements. I have viewed the whole Nigeria as 10,000 confirmed cases just bc they are making use of kits to confirm doesn't make a difference to me. Do the needful protect yourself and suspect everyone. From 4th May there would be higher numbers not bc we were all going to mix again but bc infected ones have been with us ever since as most are asymptomatic - not showing symptoms. Lastly, there ARE MORE COVID 19 'VICTIMS' IN THE COUNTRY THAT ARE NOT YET TESTED.

99 percent of those who have the virus will recover. Don't let the news media cause you to fear

it is senseless people like u that lead ignorant people to their graves by spreading falsehood and conspiracy theories..

when people directly related to u start dying, u will recieve sense...

out of 2388 infected persons, only 385 have been discharged and yet 85 deaths. so u imagine how many more deaths might occur. because active cases are still over 1900 .. the death rate as it stands is 22percent..

You're the one deceiving the poster. Where did you get your starts from? In Nigeria already from the statistics w e have about 7% + mortality rate. Italy had about 17% same with Spain. So I'm wondering where you got your 99% from. I'll only assume you're trying to be hopeful, which isn't technically wrong.

*Be warned as somebody wrote:*

Government is not easing the Lockdown because the coast is clear or no more COVID-19 cases.
This is just giving Nigerians what they want because the fallout of this decision will be on them.

Come Monday, many people will go about their affairs with no care or fear for the virus. Some at this point still believe this pandemic is a scam,.....in the end, the virus will spread and curtailment will become onerous.

*When that happens:* Many people will be left to die, treatment will be according to status AND the masses will suffer because then, treatment will come at a cost!
Those thinking that by causing chaos you can force the government to lift the ban or those saying I would rather die of COVID-19 than hunger, and those saying 'no palliative, no stay at home', bear in mind that whatever happens to you will be a "your" problem not the Governments'.
The countries sharing relief items to their residents didn't just get there suddenly, it's the product of *a working "SYSTEM"* built overtime with continuous modifications!
Nigeria is not there yet and can't be overnight!
So, before you put yourself at risk, remember that these people you think you are fighting will steer clear of the virus (no hustling & bustling) and if by chance get infected will get firsthand treatment before 100 persons will be tested!
Putting yourself at risk is not the best way to fight, you can only fight now because you are alive and hale, once that changes (when you catch COVID-19) food, work, movement,....won't matter anymore!

*Therefore as you step out, consider these:*

_* Can the government manage a full-blown COVID-19 crisis?_

_* Can you afford the treatment?_

_* Can you even get the treatment?_

*COVID-19 is very much around, if you can help it Stay in......Stay safe....till it's Safe out there !*

*Don't be deceived and don't deceive yourself !*

*In the end, you are responsible for yourself.*

*Please stay safe and stay protected by observing

ignorant people are up there shouting Kano, forgetting Lagos has over 1000 cases now and rising everyday. Over 2000 confirmed cases, 85 DEATHS and the government don't know what they are doing. May God shine his great mercy on me and my loved ones. Even though i walk through the valley of the shadow of coronavirus i will fear no infection because God is with me and i confess that the Lord is the portion of my cup and of my inheritance., he maintains my life.

Kaduna should please stop receiving anybody from Kano state and elrufai should please tighten security at the border because seeing increase in Kaduna cases everyday scared the hell out of me

Controling this shit is very easy and the big problem from day 1are the borders.Security men making cool bucks. This was a time they would have allowed states to use their private security. Is late very late.major carriers now are travellers from the north. But we cant stop them as there is free movement of food and many mallams from the north will flood many coast after the rammadan.

You are the Olodo here. The death rate is 85/2388= about 3.5% death rate.

The recovery rate is about 385/2388*100= I about 16%

My observation: The death rate is increasing slowly while the recovery rate is decreasing slowly in comparison to what we had at the beginning.

This is bad news. If the infection continues at this rate, we sure going experience worse case scenerio than America and Europe combined.

go to aljazeera.com...total deaths divided by total dischared multiplied by 100 gives u current death rate..

active cases are still active and their outcome is inconclusive until they are either discharged or dead..

when the pandemic is finally over thats wen u can get the final percentage death using total number of cases
