The death rate (more correctly, the Case Fatality Rate) is just about 3.5%. I don't know where you got 22% from.

Even morality rate which looks at the entire population as a whole is even far lower.

only concluded cases can give u current percentage death rate.. when the pandemic is over then u can use total cases to get ur final death rate...

This is just giving Nigerians what they want because the fallout of this decision will be on them.

How can testing kits finished in just 3 days off testing in Kano? Nigeria is not even supposed to be local government talk-less of a country. common small Ghana here have tested 114 thousands plus(114,000+) and we are here saying testing kits is finished. God have mercy on us all.
