Go do a HIV test.

If you've been coughing, add a TB test too.

As you were rightly asked, what's your current HIV status?

I don't think it is related to HIV. It may be related to your colon problem.

That was what I told him. I myself I was having the diarrhea and stomach pain i went to the hospital did all necessary test. It shows my thyphiod was very high, the funny thing is that thyphiod hardly leave the body.
It better not to have it at all.

And that's true, He should get series of tests done on him to ascertain what is really wrong

If you've been stooling for two weeks, certainly you will lose weight (so it can be explained by that). Go and see a doctor if your area is not under lock down or resort to telemedicine as has earlier been advised.
