[/color][color=#990000]I work in a supermarket where I receive a little above 50k, recently a guy I know working in an oil company wants to connect me to same company since there is a slot.
The issue:
The job requires health and safety certificate and I don't have one, so I told him I can start the training immediately and get one, but he said I should rather get a backdated certificate let's say one year and still undergo the training.

Secondly, the job requires an age I am above and he said I need to lower my age.

I know the job will pay quite high, but I am not comfortable reducing my age or backdating the safety certificate.

Please Advice, I am confused. I want to tell him to submit my CV like that without any modification but he is feeling that I am not serious nor want the job. I have to send him feedback today.

What should I do.

Please what is your name and how much is the oil company's salary.... I just love it when i see few people who yearns to do the right thing no matter what is at stake.
