Unless one has the capability to test the majority of people every week, the concept of using testing a criterion for re-opening is a joke. More and more people are realizing that trying to reduce the number of cases, morbidity, and mortality by continued lockdown is a fallacy.

If we base reopening decisions on millions of people being tested AND a steady decline in the number of confirmed cases, it will be a very long time before anyone can get back to work (more tests inevitably lead to more confirmed cases). The purpose of all the shutdowns was to prevent our hospitals and medical facilities from being overwhelmed...not to keep everyone at home until the virus completely disappears.

These people are funny.

I mean the sceptics in Nigeria can even be slightly overlooked but thesd people have high number of cases and even death yet theywrite scamdemic and hoax.

It goes to show you, especially those self hating blacks(that loves saying blacks are this and that) that stupidity trascends race and region
