If you have a recording of a rapist apologizing for commiting the act, does it make enough evidence to take up the case? Or would it be a waste of time?
Given that there is nothing else on ground to prove that a rapê occured. Thanks.

Perfect Evidence. Get a LAWYER or speak to an NGO that specializes in protecting rights and things will go from there.

yes, provided he mention why he's apologizing. but if he didn't it'll be hard to some extent.

Of course. Or what other evidence can there be? No court expects a video of the rape scene as its not possible. but in this case, its different and everything he said in that video is what is going to be used against him in the Court of law. So, go ahead.
