It would obviously be unprofessional of them if they do so. They should rather involve the police and hope they're found and brought back soonest.

I suspect most of the other state isolation centers are not conducive.

The Italian index case almost ran away from where he was initially isolated. If Lagos with its vast resources can have that problem, then the situation in all the other states are better imagined.
