i second this...my car suppose to had been here weeks ago..up till now no news or anything...just been seeing lome for weeks now..please what is happening...i am beginning to get worried amdman..please talk to us Sir..thanks.

Are you tracking the ship or the container? Container tracking takes a while to update. From my experience, there's always a trans-loading at Lome. If you don't get the new ship details, you go still dey track ship wey don dey travel back to Canada sef.

Hello sir, you should be familiar with my moniker on here because I am a very huge fan of your work, we have been seeing complain about your communication skills with people which alot of people have complained about and you promise to work on it. As much as we know you have been transparent enough with people on here which made you gain alot of trust from people including myself. You need to make sure you don't lose that trust and respect we all have for you.

I will like you to work on your communication with your customers that have already paid their dues so they can be rest assured everything is fine and even if there's need to come out clean to them on the delay you are facing about their cars. That way you can give them peace of mind and also gain confidence through your customer service rendered and it will go a long way.

Peace and love.

You stood for amdman against bullies, now you're standing with the customers against amdman when things seem to be delaying without any communication. You're a good guy with no bias. God bless

Wow,
I thought the issue with giving customer feedback had been address.
While I appreciate lots of good things being said about @amdman,
It was this lack of giving quick info and updated feedback in timely manner that made me seek alternatives. Got a good ride towards end of last year,
I think he should nip the issue in the bud.
I still want to buy another ride when things normalize hence my continuous viewing of this thread.
More grease to ur elbow sir amdman.
U are building a good brand,

Bear in mind that Amdman is in Canada, meaning if you contact him first thing in the morning in Nigeria, he may still be in bed.

Just look at the time, do minus 6hrs and debate whether it is wise to contact a normal human being at that time?

1pm to 2pm Nigerian time is probably Early morning where he is. So start from there.......

Yes because we need to give him benefit of a doubt, we are not in his shoes so we can't really tell what he's facing. Hence why i ask him to come and close the communication gap to restore confidence. So no need to cause panic or try to bring him down

Thanks for the info.
I bore that in mind.
One a personal level, there is no problem with late response
But on a business level there is.
Before he started his business, he knew that
1. his main market is the Nigerian market,
2. The knew about the time differential
3. He know the characteristics of his clients,
He should have factored all in his business model.
That is how I know good branded businesses are run.
The essence of getting feedback from your client is to adjust ur service to keep them reasonably satisfied.
Please I am speaking only on a business level.
But if u say what I am saying is incorrect,
I hereby submit it only as an advice; the choice being his.
Good morning sir, (Nigerian time)

My container of chicken scalder, chicken cutter and other chicken processing equipment landed Apapa since Feb 24 and till date, we have not been able to clear. These are goods already paid for by our clients. Thank God for good communication and trust, the agitations would have been deadly.
So, @amdman please try to communicate your clients more to avoid agitations. Thank you.

We appreciate all the feedback above, and we will continue to do our best to improve our processes. However, we can state categorically that our response to enquiries has greatly improved as we respond to most enquiries within 24hrs, particularly enquiries from those that have made any form of downpayment.

The COVID situation is greatly impacting how business is done globally and we are rapidly adjusting to the situation as it develops. The resultant lockdown and quarantine procedures is worsening business operations, particularly as it relates to Nigerian ports. Before COVID, the ports were already congested. Today, the ports are practically full as more containers have been discharged compared to the number cleared out. Our strategy has been to start some of the processes before the container is discharged, so that we can fast track the process and get our containers out as quickly as possible, more so as every additional day a container remains in the ports is more cost for us.

Whilst some cars will be out this week, we expect that most of our customers with overdue delivery dates will receive their cars next week. We appreciate your patience so far and you can count on us to do our utmost to serve you.

Your car, your risk. Even if you see anybody that tells you how he did, your experience may be different but at least I know someone that travelled from Taraba to Cross River yesterday.
