The young man who was making a video call and crossing a road in Ogun state was killed by a car.

26-year-old man, Olajide Asade was making a video call with his girlfriend in Suin along Abeokuta-Sagamu Expressway when he was killed.

The accident occurred yesterday the 6th of May, the deceased and his brother identified as Azeez.

Both were on their way to Ajah Lagos before their car developed a fault.

They had to stop to repair the car, he said.

Azeez confirmed his brother has been on a call with his girlfriend right from the start of their journey in a car park in Abeokuta.

When they had a stop to repair the car, the deceased continued his video call.

And then decided to cross the road to avoid much noise coming from the other passengers.
