If people didn't indicate their intention to be home, there will be no arrangements for them.

Note that evacuees are the ones even paying not government.

If it is to avoid overstaying their VISAs in a hope of getting another one later, they are foolish.

Nobody will give you VISA again!

Since the SE is safe and less populated, the FG should quarantine them in the SE for now .

The air that passengers breathe inside commercial airliners, is simply recycled throughout the flight, with a very small amount of fresh air introduced from outside the aircraft.

This means that there is an EXTREMELY high risk of contracting an airborne disease like Corona virus, inside the cabin of any aircraft. If there is just ONE person aboard such an evacuation flight, who is carrying the Corona virus disease without symptoms, there is a theoretical chance that over HALF of the passengers in all parts of that ill-fated plane, will be infected with a MASSIVE dose of Corona virus pathogens, leading to the death of many aboard that flight, all within two weeks from the time they were enclosed in that disease-spreading petri-dish airliner.

If you live in the New York area and suddenly find yourself pining for the sights and sounds of home sweet home Nigeria, awareness of the danger posed by air travel should encourage you to hunker down in place and ride out the storm there in The Big Apple, or perhaps start practicing your breast-stroke form in the pool, as preparation for swimming the Atlantic to the shores of Mother Africa, via a safer option in preference over air travel in these perilous times.

Good development. Just wonder why Air Peace was not contracted instead

Stop spewing trash.

The air in a pressurized Jet cabin is cleaner than the fresh air in the beach.

And who told you that the air quality is recycled air? If that was the case, a typical cross-continental flight having over 200 people crammed in it will be full of noxious carbon-di-oxide before it arrives its destination and chances are that all passengers will be dead on arrival (that's if the plane doesn't crash because the pilots would have been unconscious).

Your polite tone is appreciated sir. The fact is that up to 70% of the pressurized air breathed by passengers in an aircraft, is recycled after a filtration stage that will NOT exclude the tiny Corona virus, although the flight crew have some discretion about how much fresh external air they feed into the cabin from the engine bleed air system. The more cabin air that is recycled, the better the fuel economy of the flight, hence this protocol.

With due apologies for any righteous indignation you might be experiencing over this trivial detail, I assure you that beach air, in general, is way safer than the recycled air in the cabin of a passenger aircraft. If you are about to board that repatriation flight from New York, then certainly you have my best wishes, bearing in mind all those other hot-zone escapees that will share that stale passenger cabin air with you.
