Five Warning Signs of Mental Illness

The health quotient referring to the brain and thinking process, as well as emotional and behavioral reactions, is usually associated with mental health.

The person who behaves feels, and thinks appropriately without engaging in any disorder or misbalance of feelings, emotions, and behavior is called a mentally healthy person.

The proper proportion of thoughts feeling and emotions are being represented by good mental health.

On the other hand, the presence of any disorder or out the ratio of the mixture of thoughts feeling and emotions make the mental health questionable (2018).
