I said mistakenly, because we both know that it is totally unacceptable and we already agreed that it won't happen during Ramadan.

I just want to know if the day's fast is still valid, since it was in the evening after breaking the fast. Or I will return just that day's fast( just one fast) or I will fast for 60days which is the punishment for deliberately not fasting.

first of all, I'm not sure if any of your fast is validated if your fiancee prepares your sahur and iftar because you haven't paid her dowry,
