Anthony M. Okeke (Help4Tony) impersonates another Nairalander to defraud the public.

His acts iare widely discussed here on Nairaland.

He has been on Nairaland Scammers List (#375).

I believe most of these online scammers are drug addicts or gambling addicts. I can't see any other reason a person will keep begging or trying to scam others online. I doubt if it's just laziness.

Nairaland fast becoming haven for scammers

I observed he is a scammer too.
I interacted with him more than a yr ago and provided useful tips he vehemently refused to follow. His only interest is to bring his case here and since online begging went out of control, he went out of control.

Don't know how he managed to get that poor man's innocent video in the first place and he think he is wise by saying he is the person represented in the video.

How can the name be banned? It's not like there's a field that asks for one's name when creating an account. You only need an email and there's no limit to the number of emails one can have. The best the mods can do is to keep deleting his posts and be banning each new account. But he'll keep coming back if he wants to.
