Why is an Ibo man in Ekiti disobeying the law in the first place?

Ain’t you the same people arresting the Northerners in Abia the other time? Any reckless Ibo constituting nuisance in the SW should be arrested and deported.

The judge should have locked him up for 6month in prison instead of telling him to pay 40k to use that as lesson for other Ibos that think they can come to Ekiti to disobey the law.

If the government provided face mask of N200 it could hold him culpable, what just if he could not afford it? Who is fining the government for not providing basic amenities for citizen upkeep, just basics, any citizen you that can’t afford it just provide and arrest if they refuse to put on.

Facemask that u people didn't distribute enmasse. If na compaign flyer, poster, etc., it will litter every community. U asked him not to go out and work, where do u expect him to get money to buy the facemask. Governments at all level should be responsible.

Did Trump provide facemask to the New York residents where they are made to pay $1k as fine? Facemask is what you can cut your clothes at home to use needles and thread to sew for yourself. What about tying an handkerchief? He was just deliberately disobedient and someone must serve as a scapegoat.
I was expecting someone to say it is an attack on Igbos and I wasn't disappointed. Is Ekiti an extension of Igboland? How many Hausa travellers have been arrested in Igboland? Are the Hausas the only travellers on the road? Why are they not showing us other travellers or all Igbos are not travelling?

Where did you read support? I said some went to that length but some people saw nothing wrong with the action.

I agree he should be punished but we need to be able to take corrective measures or correcting defaulters.
